Every counselling session is full of insights; moments of clarity, stories of resilience, and glimpses of change. But many of these ideas don’t fit into a single conversation.


My writing collects these fragments and offers them as reflections on mental health, self-understanding, and everyday emotion.

This isn’t therapy, but it’s grounded in the same compassion, curiosity, and belief that understanding ourselves changes everything.
