I offer a safe, confidential, and deeply compassionate space for you to explore what’s happening inside and around you.

I help people who:

  • Struggle with relationships or emotional communication
  • Feel overwhelmed by feelings or repeat unhelpful patterns
  • Live with the impact of trauma or long-term health conditions
  • Find it hard to rest, trust themselves, or set boundaries

Together, we’ll explore what your emotions and body are telling you, and begin to release what no longer serves you.

What to Expect

My work is rooted in the person-centred approach, which means:

  • You are the expert on your own life.
  • My role is to create the right conditions for growth — through empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.
  • We focus on helping you reconnect with your own inner strength and wisdom.

Sessions are online and 50 minutes long.

After that, ongoing sessions are £50 per session, usually weekly, with flexibility for your circumstances. There are discounts for Students, Carers, and those on a low income, so do please ask.
